What was needed
Customers should get real answers from real data, any time, and the owner should get a proper brief, without anything being invented or sent without the visitor's say-so.
What was built
- A coordinator that only delegates, and specialists for projects, services, business research and contact
- Specialists run in parallel, each on its own AI model, with a fallback if one is slow or down
- Messages are only sent after the visitor explicitly confirms; prices are never made up
- Live research of a customer's website, with hidden instructions on that site treated as data
- A read-only MCP endpoint so a customer's own AI can use the same data
- A run log and an evaluation suite so quality can be checked before each release
