How to ask for your data to be removed, including WhatsApp conversations.
What we may hold
If you wrote to us through the contact form, the AI agent, a booking, or WhatsApp, we hold the details you gave (name, email or phone number, and the messages themselves) so we can reply and keep a record.
How to ask for deletion
Send a request through the contact form or email hello@mubashirhussain.com from the address or phone number you used, saying what you want deleted. We confirm and delete it, normally within 30 days.
You can also message the business number with the word STOP to stop broadcast messages immediately. To delete the stored conversation, use the request route above.
What we cannot delete
Where the law requires us to keep a record (for example an invoice), we keep only that record. Third parties such as Google Calendar and WhatsApp (Meta) also hold their own copies under their own policies.
